To prepare for a body sculpting session, avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before the treatment, eat a light meal 2 hours prior, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, and avoid having a heavy meal beforehand.

After a body sculpting session, continue to stay hydrated for the next 48 hours to help flush out toxins, avoid intense exercise for 24 hours, refrain from drinking alcohol and caffeine for another 24 hours, and follow a healthy diet to maintain results.

Before a facial at Glō Society, avoid exfoliating agents and any harsh skincare products & active retinols for at least 48 hours, inform your esthetician about any allergies or skin sensitivities, and come with a clean face, free from makeup if possible.

After a facial, avoid direct sun exposure and always use sunscreen to protect your skin, refrain from using any exfoliating products for at least 72 hours, avoid sweating, sauna, and heavy makeup for 24 hours to allow your skin to breathe and heal, and stay hydrated.
